What the site is

The pages describe project and PMO leadership services for ERP implementations: the ERP Delivery Health Check, ERP PM Bench, ERP Delivery Office and ERP Delivery Automation. We do not configure or implement ERP software. The site does not publish prices. A quote comes from a conversation and a written scope.

No promised outcome

Project delivery depends on the client, the software, and the decisions sponsors make. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a go-live date, a savings figure, or a specific result.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms, attempt to break the site, or send unlawful content. Resumes sent through the bench form must be yours to share.
